Mango yoghurt with sweet macadamia crumbs

  • 2 cheeks mango frozen
  • 2/3 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tbsp macadamias unsalted
  • 2 fresh medjool dates pitted
  • 1 cup reduced-fat Greek natural yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Place mango and orange juice in a blender and blitz until smooth, set aside.
  2. Pulse macadamias and dates in a blender until they resemble crumbs.
  3. Place the yogurt in a serving bowl and swirl the mango mix through.
  4. Top with macadamia crumbs to serve.
