Kerrie O’Brien loves the healthy meals on the 28 Day Challenge and today shares her image of the mint choc bubble crunch
“My fave part of the afternoon each day is coffee️ time… no matter how busy I at home I always make sure I sit down for a decaf coffee each afternoon with a little Healthy Mummy sweet treat.
It’s my five minutes of “ don’t talk to me kids” peace amongst our busy day of schooling.
I factor it in my calories when I meal plan so I can still have my late afternoon smoothie too.
This week’s sweet treat I’m repeating on my plan is the absolutely scrumptious Mint Choc Bubble Crunch. I enjoyed it so much last week I made it again. This recipe tastes like Mint Chocolate Crackles , is so easy to make, and is only 76 calories a piece !
Bonus – It takes like 10 minutes at the most to prepare then you just pop in the fridge and an hour later cut into 16 pieces. Too easy!
